Export documents:

  • Commercial Invoice showing the country of origin with the signature and stamp of the seller.
  • Packing list for the amount of bags net and gross weight.
  • Phytosanitary/Health Certificate issued by State Authority
  • Quality certificate issued from Ministry of agriculture Ukraine
  • Radiology Certificate and the certificate of origin.
  • Weight certificate issued at the loading Port by the forwarding company and/or their notes on the B/L.
